Held at Princes Risborough School,
2pm-4pm one Saturday per month.

Over the last couple of years or so I have been taking some further teaching & training from Forrest Yoga Guardian Sandra Heider Robinson – which I have absolutely loved.  It has been difficult, challenging, brilliant, inspiring, it has reignited my personal practice, shaken me up as a yoga teacher, reinvigorated my love for the traditional poses I’ve been practicing for over 20 years and, inevitably, inspired some of  the content of my classes.

In order to give more time to the Forrest Yoga practice proper, I have started offering monthly Saturday afternoon sessions where we can immerse ourselves, go a little deeper and potentially learn something new.  These “Forrest Inspired” yoga sessions  run in Princes Risborough between 2pm-4pm one Saturday per month and are limited to 10 students in order to work with and give time to each individual.  If you are interested in attending, drop me a line here and I can advise when the next session will run.

“Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility: it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. It honours and celebrates the beauty of life and the power of spirit.  It is an inspiring yoga workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with your authentic self”  Ana Forrest
